About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a service user),

I hit rock bottom in August 2023 I was admitted to hospital after an alcohol & drug overdose.

After discharge I had nowhere to live.

Inclusion has supported, guided and educated me the last 5 months. The groups and work books have been inspiring. Knowing you are not alone has given me strength to look forward.

The women’s group that started up has been so encouraging forming new friendships. Being able to talk , discuss and share our experiences and learn .  I can honestly say this group has empowered me, giving me the belief that I am enough and I deserve a future in this life.

Thank you for your feedback on the positive experiences you had through Inclusion. Including the start of the Women's group, I am pleased you have found peers to be supportive and to hear your life has turned around and you are moving into the next chapter of recovery.
