"She really helped"

I wanted to say thank you to the staff on ward 36, particularly nurse Elizabeth. I've had two visits over the last 6 months, one being for an eptopic pregnancy and the other for pregnancy related concerns. On both occasions Elizabeth was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my anxieties and was extremely reassuring and compassionate. She took the time to go over and above, not only doing her usual duties but to pop in several times to check how my partner and I were coping. As someone who is nervous about hospital stays and visits she really helped to ease this for me. The staff could not do enough for us and any time I have had to phone about worries or queries following discharge from the ward, they have still taken the time to follow everything through quickly for me. I cannot thank them enough especially Elizabeth and the time she has given me.
