"The level of service was excellent"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Was recently booked for keyhole on a hernia at the Day Surgery Unit, Queen Margaret, Dunfermline.

Greeted a reception by two happy and smiling nurses and shown to the ward.

Rachel was the ward nurse for the day and to say she made everyone feel welcome and at ease was an understatement. Friendly and happy.

She took the time to explain the process and ensure I understood what was happening.

The rest of the team throughout the day displayed the same level of enthusiasm and profession courtesy. The whole culture within the department is definitely Customer First!

Even when taken through to have the survey the team were again warm and friendly and took the time to explain what was happening.

All in all the level of service was excellent, thank you so much.
