About: Ninewells Hospital / Accident & Emergency Ninewells Hospital / Xrays and scans Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre / Minor Injuries

(as the patient),

I recently had a nasty fall on ice and seriously hurt my right leg (Calf/knee/hamstrings). In the morning I was still in agony so attended the minor injuries unit at my local hospital, Whitehills Health Care Centre.

The service I received was 100% 

The nurse on the shift was friendly, reassuring and thorough. She called Orthopaedics at Ninewells as the knee was badly swollen and she wanted it X-Rayed.

I went to Ninewells, as arranged by the nurse and was seen in A&E and radiography promptly (every member of staff were so efficient) 

Well done NHS !
