"North Devon Hospital"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I have had 7 admissions to hospital since Easter 2023. I have been seen in A&E and numerous wards.

I didn't have to wait long in A&E. The staff explained everything to me. Everything they did helped me as I was really ill.

They do the best they can under extreme circumstances.

I went to a few different wards and they couldn't have done more. They were extremely kind. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses considering they were so busy.

I've got a lot to be grateful for.

Dear wezenkm58,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have needed multiple admissions to various places within NDDH over the last year.

I am glad to hear that you haven't had to wait long to be seen in ED and that the staff your encountered were extremely kind and that they supported you whilst you were here.

I hope you have had a lovely Christmas and I wish you a happy and healthy new year.

Kind regards

Sophie Hutchings
ED Governance & Operational Support Manager
