Having had to attend various hospitals in NHS Lanarkshire and Glasgow over the last 6 years for various procedures and scans etc, I was always treated with the utmost care and respect.

Recently I had to  attend Monklands Dental department for some procedures. From the very first contact (switchboard), to the dental reception (Kevin & Margot) their help and courtesy was great, then to the dentists Rachel and Jennifer who treated me with care and humour  throughout.

Not to forget others who helped me find my way and escorted me because of my mobility problems.    Altogether a great example from a great team of staff in this hospital
