7 hours I waited to be seen today , 3 times I asked how long I'd got to wait and was greeted by rude reply , it's a shambles , seen by triage who then decide how urgently you need to be seen , after 7 hours I admitted defeat I felt to ill to wait any longer

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry to read of your recent experience at the walk-in centre. It is not clear which centre you attended but if it was at Sandwell or City Hospital they are run by Malling Health and can be contacted on the following email address: https://malling.health/about/.
