About: Three Villages Medical Practice

I have been repeatedly let down by this surgery and am now looking to move to a new one. One of the more frustrating moments was when a hospital consultant wrote to the gp asking them to prescribe a specific medication- when I rang to chase this up, 2 weeks later the gp had not even bothered to read the letter. Then they refused my medication three times - I am still waiting for important medication three weeks later. Tried ringing for an emergency appointment bang on 8am today, on hold for 40 minutes, no appointments left. You can’t make an enquiry outside surgery hours. You can’t book any kind of routine appointment at all it would seem.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all comments seriously and this will be discussed within the Practice. We have changed our processes to ensure letters are seen and actioned by the GPs within 2 working days of receipt of the letter.
