The Fern Centre has been a lifeline for me - from my original diagnosis when counselling was invaluable, to reflexology, which has helped with my anxiety.

I feel the Centre has been amazing. It's wonderful to be able to come somewhere where everyone understands and I don't have to explain.

At the moment, I'm in a good place but I know if I have a dip the Fern Centre will be there for me.

I am so pleased to read that the services you used Counselling and Reflexology have been so invaluable and they have helped with your anxiety.

Please do visit us anytime and see the other services and workshops we run, we are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm (except bank holidays).
