"All showered caring through a difficult time"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Acute Receiving Unit (Ward 2c) Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Ward 1D Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a parent/guardian),

Following a seizure at home, my daughter was taken by ambulance to A and E. She had breathing difficulties following the seizure and required intubation and was admitted to PICU were she spent several days before being transferred to ward 2c and discharged on Christmas Eve.

I can't fault the care we received from the call handler, the paramedics, A and E, PICU, and ward 2C staff. All showered caring and understanding through a difficult time.
