"Mixed views"

My contact with the surgery has been mainly with the nurse for blood checks, pressure, cholesterol etc. Always really pleasant and welcoming.

However my partners recent experience seeing the doctors hasn't been a good one. He very rarelt visits the doctors but he recently needed their support after visiting a&e with a foot infection. I won't go into detsils here but after two visits, we ended up going to a&e again. Not a good use of a&e time but what else can you do when you need medical attention and you are getting it from your GP.
