(as the patient),

I attended my local sexual health clinic today for advice on contraception due to side effects on my current medication. I arrived at clinic and was met by a friendly lady at reception. The nurse I had my consultation with (Dionne), made me feel completely at ease as soon as I met her. She listened to my concerns without judgement & gave me a range of suitable options & advice based on my own needs. It was clear she was very knowledgeable in her speciality and completely professional throughout. The full service from arranging my appointment to the professionalism shown in the clinic today was second to none.
