I went in today to the Endocrine department at the Western General, Edinburgh. From start to finish the staff were amazing. I had to bring my appointment forward due to some long term travel plans and they were so accommodating fitting me in today.

Everyone was polite and kind and the nurse who provided my treatment was wonderful. She explained the test to me, had a caring voice and checked in on me regularly during my time at the hospital. She could tell I was nervous about the IV and she made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I hope this feedback can be passed on to her and her department.
