"Outstanding customer service"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Minor injuries Unit

(as the patient),

Firstly, Happy New Year.

I'm writing to congratulate Mr McDonald and his team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital for their exemplary customer care and attention. Just before Christmas, I had to attend for an emergency minor theatre procedure, viz. to repair a broken and severely torn finger.

Mr McDonald's team consisted of the surgeon Mary and her support team of Magda, Ibrahim and Myla. They were incredible, putting me at ease, understanding both my pain and nervousness and looking after me superbly. I couldn't imagine any private clinic would have been able to better the treatment I received and I would be very grateful if you would please let them know how much I appreciate their efforts.
