Arriving at the A and E department the room was absolutely bursting with people everywhere. i was so distressed about going in wondering how long it was going to take in a room full of strangers.
The receptionists are all very rude not the time of day for you your just another one on there list, would rather have conversations between all of themselves. When asked about a wait time she bite my head off saying they dont give that information.
All fabulous service after that 10 mins to assessment area all nurse's were friendly and fantastic, another 15 mins to triage where the beautiful nurse patched my fathering law up with some glue on his nose and a check all over with paper work explaining all the things we needed to know absolute super star she was all in time for new years eve
"Brilliant service once you got in."
