We attended Children’s A&E a few weeks ago with our newborn baby and we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care provided by the triage nurse during our visit ( we think her name was fatima). We’re not sure how to get in contact with her and would appreciate for this message to get back to her.
Her welcoming and reassuring manner immediately put us at ease, especially during a concerning time with our poorly baby. Her quick recognition of the situation and prompt involvement of the doctor from the triage box helped our baby's needs being addressed swiftly. Even though she wasn't directly involved in all aspects of care, her continuous check-ins and clear communication ensured that we, as parents, were kept well-informed about the situation and what to expect.
This level of professionalism and compassion made a significant difference during a stressful time.
We just want to say a big thank you to her for her outstanding dedication and support and to the rest of the professionals involved in our daughters care. We hope you all had a good Christmas and have a good new years!
