"Hospital Wait time"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

Called 111 before 3pm for cut off in the queue after 40 mins. Called again and done ring back waited an hour.

Got app quickly but then waited clinical assessment and they never had my notes. Waiting 2 hours on blood test and still waiting over two hours on results for a suspected blood clot.

Staff were great but the wait time is ridiculous.
