About: Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service / Emerald Team

(as a service user),

I have been assigned under a team with a named midwife, Briege, throughout the duration of my entire pregnancy.  This is my third pregnancy and the first time availing of such a service and I find it to be the best, most attentive care I have received during any pregnancy.  

I am able to contact Briege personally at any time so I know I am always supported.  I feel so comfortable with my upcoming labour as I have built a relationship with my team of midwives.  

Also a special mention for Vicky who is a maternity support worker who has been fantastic, I have received two reflexology treatments from her which has been fabulous.  A real credit to the NHS.
