"Helpful nurses and short wait time"

About: Falmouth Health Centre

(as a service user),

I visited Falmouth Health Centre recently for a cataract assessment. Both nurses doing my assessment were extremely helpful and put me at ease during the procedure.

When the assessment with the nurses was over I was asked to wait in the seating area until the doctor was ready to see me.

I waited less than nine minutes and was seen by the doctor who examined my eyes and explained to me what would happen during the procedure to remove the cataract.

I am a wheelchair user and found Falmouth Health Centre easy to manoeuvre around.

The car park is different issue and could definitely do with more disable parking bays.
