About: New Cross Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

ENT SDEC ward B7.

I was admitted and treated on this ward after being transferred from Russell's Hall Hospital with severe tonsillitis.

The team of nurses were absolutely amazing from the very beginning, offering me reassurance, kindness and care. They were so very attentive and such kind-hearted, lovely people.

The on duty doctor saw me very quickly and set me on medication immediately. I was able to go home that evening.

Throughout my stay, I couldn't have asked for better treatment, kindness or care. Hats off to all of the staff in that ward working so hard. An absolutely amazing team who are a credit to the hospital.
