"An amazing nurse on ward 56"

About: Western General Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Was referred from the Edinburgh Royal to the Western ward 56 for kidney stones. 

There was the loveliest of nurses called Fiona who just made me smile so much even when in pain. She couldn't have done more for me or anyone else in my room.

I watched and listened while she cared for others and honesty it was soooooooo nice. Her bedside manner is just so sweet and caring. You can see that she is in the right job! I did tell her this as she was honesty so lovely.

Thank you for all you do Fiona!
