"Took my son to A&E"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine Dr Gray's Hospital / Paediatric Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

Took my son to A&E after it was advised from NHS 24. Didn’t have a long wait. All the team were amazing with him; took their time to speak to him (a 3 year old chatterbox) which really put us at ease. Was admitted to the children’s ward for observations over night and the nurses that were on nightshift were fantastic. I’m sorry I don’t remember your names. They were so good with him and patient and kind to us. Never seen him take his inhaler so well. Thank you to everyone that we encountered on our visit.

Dear Chatterbox3

Thnaks so much for taking the time to post your feedback. I will of course share your feedback with staff from the childrens ward as well as A&E.

I am delighted that your visit to Dr Grays Hospital was so positive at such a scary time for you and your son. I hope your son is now on the mend.
