(as the patient),

At work got chestpains so called 999. The lads in the ambulance were brilliant, came out to the house fantastic even took the time to phone around for advice for which hospital to take me to.

Got to a&e at Darlington memorial the people were very caring, very helpful at what they did. I got moved to ward 34 the staff on days and nights were fantastic for me bent over backwards to help even with the little things. I have food intolerances they bent over backwards to make sure I got food. It might not seem a lot to some people but the care they gave was fantastic.

Then i got moved up to ward 44 and the care I recived was the same fantastic from the staff day and night even down to the food menu they even went back down to get my order of food becasuse of the intolerances I have. I hope the ladies and gents of these units I had been on the past few days working hard or getting the day off i hope they all get what they want for Xmas sorry i can't remember names it was all a blur but still thank you all for what you gave me in them days.
