"My son"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was brought in very unwell due to working hard on his breathing we were in the ward for 3 days and from the doctors to the cleaners I cannot show enough gratitude to any of them every member of staff that dealt with my son was amazing nothing was too much trouble , great communication with us as parents also which helps us not to be in the dark . If I could give them a pay rise for everything they do I would even the after care for us getting home was second to none

Hi @pagerts99

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your recent feedback. We know how stressful it can be when your little one becomes unwell. I am glad the staff were all able to support you and your experience was positive. I hope your son is recovering well now. I will be sure to share your kind words with our great team.

Best wishes
