I am very happy to hear your little girl received the very best of care from all our staff colleagues and the paramedic team prior to your arrival to us. I am also very glad the family room was of benefit to you - we understand family spaces are so important to ensure an easier and more comfortable stay to remain close with your little one’s at all times.

I am delighted you were able to meet all our Christmas visitors (!!) - we do our very best to ensure our children, young people and their families experience some festive treats to make their stay more enjoyable and easier when needing our care over the festive holidays.

I will pass on your very kind thanks and appreciation to everyone who looked after you and your daughter including the nurses, doctors, paramedics and play specialists. I will also share with the whole of the Children’s unit. Our staff colleagues, across all teams and professions, work incredibly hard to provide the very best of supportive care for our patients and families so we too are very appreciative of your thanks and lovely feedback – thank you!
