(as the patient),

I was in the department for a small dermatological treatment that nonetheless was quite uncomfortable. On picking me up at reception, David immediately made me feel at ease. Working well with Lynda, this continued through my whole process. The chat and banter completely took my mind off the treatment itself and then it was over - easy. They were also very efficient so I had complete confidence in them - which also helped.

It is always nice to hear that our team made you feel at ease; although sometimes my distraction technique veers off course and enters the land of mindless wittering, Lynda is always there to stop me blethering my way into trouble!
