"Excellent Care"

I had thyroid removal surgery on 8/12/2023 and after the surgery was put on Ward b2. The care I received was excellent, kept me up to date with everything that was happening, always made sure I was comfortable and always on time with medication. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a nice friendly atmosphere on the ward with staff and patients.

Even now 8 days after I was discharged a parcel has arrived in the post with my phone charger in that I had left behind so good honest staff as well as they easily could of put it in lost property or just told me they had it but to post it to me without me even asking them if I had left it there was a really nice thing to do.

This was my first ever stay in hospital and my impression of the Nhs , Salford Royal and particularly all the staff on Ward b2 couldn’t be any higher.
