Arrived at A and E this morning at 8.45am and from moment I arrived I was treated with kindness and thoughtful staff
It was a calm atmosphere and everything spotless clean
I was on my way home , with diagnosis of hairline fracture in my foot - and a black boot by 12 noon - even though I was prepared for a long long wait given it was more of a minor injury
I only hope follow up communications and treatment are done to the same high standard I received today
