Amanda from Occupational Therapy has been an incredible help to me in the past months. In our first appointments I was struggling in many aspects but have since gotten much better.

Amanda has been brilliant at talking me through exactly why I feel the way I do and putting actionable steps in place to gradually increase my mental health and wellbeing again. She has a great ability to set me tasks in my personal life that are just challenging enough that I am developing my abilities and self-esteem but not so demanding that I get overwhelmed or discouraged. 

She has helped me get in to a mental health & addictions football team which has given me a new lease of life and we have recently worked up to applying for jobs which I'm extremely happy with.

I'm extremely grateful for the work done at CMHT.

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to provide feedback and in particular the detail around the way in which Amanda has helped you along the recovery journey.

It is clear to see the way in which the approach of building up understanding, confidence and working to the achievable goals has been of benefit. It is lovely to hear you are not only engaged with the football but also the prospect of gaining employment.

Please be assured the staff will be informed of the excellent feedback given which in turn helps us to make sure we are giving the best quality care we can.

Wishing you the very best for the future - it sounds as though there is much to focus on going forward.
