(as a service user),

I took part in an 8 weeks programme that gave me a lot of knowledge about post covid as well as practical tools to heal myself. This has been brilliant. Before the course I felt hopeless. I now feel hope that I can get myself to full health again. The referrals to other provisions has also been amazing. I have been referred to physio for dysfunctional breathing and I look forward to that.

I am delighted you felt the class was empowering and you now feel equipped to get back up to full health.
