Did some urgent tests here recently due to complications during pregnancy. Two days later and we hadn't even heard from the surgery.
Since then my wife had to go to a walk-in centre twice as her condition got worse. They ran the tests and got the results immediately. Staff there were quite surprised that our GP had neither treated the tests as urgent nor referred her to a Gynaecologist immediately.
Absolutely pathetic service by Cherry Medical Practice, total waste of tax payer's money, in my view! I will definitely be changing my GP surgery.
