(as a parent/guardian),

My 1 year old daughter had a very high temperature so I went to Forth Valley A&E after speaking with NHS24.

 I'm well aware of the strains put on yourselves. I cannot thank the Forth Valley A&E team enough. Kept at ease, shown to the room with toys for my daughter and a speedy enough service.
