The care and attention I received from the RCDS team at Victoria Hospital was excellent.  Katie looked after me and made me feel very reassured as I attended the hospital for a scan and endosocopy. 

I can be a bit nervous and Katie made me feel that she was literally holding my hand through the process. Nothing was too much bother and she answered any questions I had in a timely and professional manner. 

It's so reassuring to get results quickly, which of course takes away any worries. 

My only negative comment would be that the signposting at the hospital is not great and this can lead to confusion when you are in an unfamiliar building. 

Thanks RCDS for a great service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of RCDS. It’s wonderful to hear that Katie and the RCDS team provided excellent care, making you feel reassured during your scan and endoscopy.

Its completely understandable that you were feeling nervous and it is great to hear that nothing was too much trouble.

Swift communications of result is an important aspect of patient care within our service. Quick results are indeed reassuring.

I appreciate your feedback about signposting, as it highlights an area for potential improvement in the overall patient experience and we shall share with our estates department.
