(as a carer),

My mum was an inpatient for 3 months in this ward with Alzheimer's.  

I found the health care assistants and nursing staff to be excellent.  They showed a lot of care and compassion to my mother as well as to us as a family.  

We fully appreciate the time the Health Care Assistants spent talking to mum, making her comfortable and easing her distress.  

Lovely staff in general who made a painful experience more bearable.
