"My GP consultation"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

I phoned the surgery and told receptionist my symptoms.

She explained Gp would call me back this morning.

I spoke to Dr Bell who explained what she thought the cause might be and invited me for physical check today.

Dr Bell examined me and gave me a prescription and organised further investigations.

I felt listened to and relieved that my condition should improve.

I have never had any dealings with Dr Bell before but felt rapport was established quickly and feel confident in the high standard of care she gave me.

I just wanted to say I really appreciate her skill and knowledge,most importantly that she listened to me and resolved my concerns.
