(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter got her earrings stuck in her ears, we were seen at minor injuries in Arbroath from calling to appointment was only 40 minutes. We were met by the amazing nurse Holly who was so kind patient and amazing. She took so much time to explain things to my daughter in a child friendly manner she helped her to understand the procedure and what to expect without scaring her she put her at total ease. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for and in great hands. My daughter says Holly is the best nurse going! Thanks so much Holly

Holly is one of our very experienced senior nurses and has an excellent rapport with children and parents that attend the department. I am glad that Holly was able to put your daughter at ease while getting her earrings removed.
