Attended for CT scan at Omagh Primary Complex.
Booking in process was seamless and friendly with the receptionist. Directed to a waiting area where there was ample information. As a radiation protection professional, I was really impressed to see information not only on medical conditions, but also information on the benefits and risks associated with ionising radiation. The language and terminology clearly communicated complex concepts, I found it was really effective.
Radiographers were personable, professional and very informative. All aspects of the care I received should be commended and I felt confident that I was receiving the best standard of care.
The environment was incredibly clean and of a very high standard.
WHSCT management should be very proud of the services being provided by Omagh CT and Radiology Team.
