"Amazing drug worker who is patient and listens to me"

About: HMP New Hall / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

I have an amazing drug worker who is patient and listens to me instead of talking down to me. She knows her stuff and has been brilliant through my detox.

She also put me on lots of courses that I found very rewarding and I appreciate the way she believed in me.

So thank you x
