"The care that I received in the Victoria hospital"

About: Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was admitted by ambulance in early December after being unwell for a week. I had pneumonia, irregular heart activity and a bleed with a fungal in the stomach.

From the minute I was put on ward 23, the care I received was impeccable. Everyone from the domestic staff up to the consultant Mr Khan and the junior doctor Cowle. The team were amazing, they kept me and my family in the loop every step of the way. The consultant and junior doctor explained everything in a way we could understand, the care and compassion that they showed me and my family was outstanding. The consultant is a credit to the hospital and ward. Myself and my family can not thank everyone enough for all their help.
