"Exceptional service "

I was extremely worried when I started to have symptoms I feared were ovarian cancer (my mum currently is having chemotherapy for this) I phoned the surgery and explained my concerns. A doctor phoned me back within half and hour and told me to come in that day. After an examination she ordered blood tests for ovarian cancer. I popped back to reception to book the blood tests. A nurse was in the reception and offered to do them right away to save me coming back in 2 weeks time! I had the results which were all clear 48 hours later.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to the receptionist, doctor, and nurse who helped me that day. Such kind and friendly members of staff. Thank you all so much.
