About: North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Had 2 home visits, given exercises and walking aid on first visit and changed for different walking aid on second visit. Second visit checked to see how exercises were helping, given assistance with stairs and referred to Fall protection clinic run by KA Leisure at Vikingar.

Physiotherapists very helpful, pleasant and respected my wishes.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback following your experience with the Physiotherapy service, I am so glad that you have found Physiotherapy has been helpful and that you have felt both well looked after and supported. We always aim to provide a service and any interventions based on what people feel they need and want.
