"Not recommended "

Unfortunately I don't have good experience with Emerson Green Hospital. Exactly year ago I had my morthons Neuroma excision, surgery didn't go well, all the time I have severe pain which makes me unable to walk properly. On July I found out that neuroma is still there bigger and worse than before. I have been referred again to this hospital for second surgery. I am waiting 3 months, I received information today that I will have to wait couple of months more and they don't know when I am going to be scheduled. I have been referred as an urgent patient but I received information that they are not doing urgent surgeries. Surgeon on my appointment in September informed me that my surgery will be in November, hovewer the lady from booking team said exactly that it's not her problem what I was discussing with the consultant. On my pre operation assessment I have been informed that the surgery will be on December. It's looking like no one there is responsible for information. My condition is tragic, the pain what I have makes me unable to do my daily routine. During the conversation I asked the lady to phone number to the manager of the hospital but she said that there is no number, I asked for meeting in person, I received the same answer. So I asked her is there anyone who I can talk to ..she said no. On hospital website there is clear information saying that patient has rights to do complain on phone or in person. I don't understand why I have been treated with disrespectful and horrible way.
