"Mum's Cataract Operation"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as a relative),

We arrived at the hospital in plenty time as I wasn't sure about the parking.  As it was, there was no issue and we found a space easily.

We did get lost trying to found our way round the hospital but we asked a member of staff and they were very helpful in directing us to where we needed to go.

My mum's operation went very well -as she was awake during the procedure, staff were continually explaining to her what was happening and that she 'was doing a great job'!

The staff I met when I picked my mum up, were just lovely and explained, in detail, about her after care.  I cannot praise the medical team enough!
