(as a relative),

Mr Napper was absolutely brilliant with my husband.  He went in for day surgery and the staff could not have been any nicer or caring.  They explained everything to us and the surgery went very well indeed and he is recovering nicely.  Just wanted to give our opinion and say thank you to everyone.
