About: Portsdown Group Practice

Submitted an e consult essentially 2 issues causing the Utimate Problem. Filed under the Ultimate Problem. Response was that I needed to resubmit my 2 issues (causing the same outcome/Problem) as 2 separate e-consults because putting 2 things onto 1 e-consult (even though they are linked) is not allowed. When access to GP is an issue this has essentially wasted 1 e-consult slot and will waste 2 more as I diligently resubmit my issues onto two separate forms With The Same Information!

Ridiculous!

If there are resudual questions upon receipt of the e-consult, because further info is required then you should Book An Appointment to clarify these, or if too complex for an admin to triage /deal with send to a clinician; don't just bat patients away for "administrative reasons "

You will receive the same information about my plight twice more now!? This is ludicrous - what a waste.

Making the patient the centre of care- baloney!! This is for your administrative convenience & you'd know that if you read my e-consult because I've done your job and told you what I need and why.

Disgruntled Clinician.
