My Partner has been recently told that she has got Diabetes and needs to book an urgent appointment to speak directly with a Diabetes Nurse.
I have been trying to book one for her, but every time l pop in to Morden Hill Surgery. The lady at the Reception finds all excuses not book one.
This lady is so rude, it's like she isn't happy being there.
My partner has numerous health issues that needs to be treated as soon as possible. I find this unacceptable level of service. my partner finds the experience intimidating.
The only option is to head to Hospital and wait to be seen.
