(as the patient),

I came to pegasus ward in order to get help with my eating disorder and be able to recover from it. At first I was nervous and scared to come onto the ward as I did not know what to expect but now I feel much more confident and happy in myself and on the ward.

All of the sessions I have attend on the ward has really helped me change my thinking to be more helpful, the social eating work that the staff have done for me has been great to build up my confidence around food again and actual enjoy it so it's not something to be feared as much as I did.

The environment on the ward has been good and made it easier to manage my struggles as well as how much staff support is available from day to day.
