"Royal Alexandra Hospital Paisley Dermatology Dept"

Referred by my GP, very quick appointment (due to cancellation). Upon arrival, five minute wait then doctor called me into her consulting room. She was very pleasant, cheerful and seemed interested when I described my problem.

She suggested excision for Pathological examination and said it could be done right away if that was all right? I agreed.

After about forty minutes of questions and re assurances, I was biopsied, talked to, and informed throughout the procedure.

Upon completion I was given a very comprehensive information pack.

All in all, the staff were pleasant, efficient, friendly, informative and now I await the Pathology report.

The whole experience reinforces my belief that the NHS is second to none.
