About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Very efficient and knowledgeable. They made me very comfortable and explained the procedure as they were doing it and what the follow up plan would be.

The only downside was the ward and the corridors were cold. Even the staff were cold but they provided us with blankets. 

Overall they made the procedure less frightening than I thought it would be.
