Visited eye department at Eye Clinic at Queens Burton for catarract pre op for my 90 Yr old Mum. She was in pain from a historical bed sore and the team made sure she was dealt with swiftly and they hoisted her into a bed from her wheelchair whilst waiting for hospital transport to ease her pain, they also change her when she wet herself and treated her with love, dignity and respect, please pass on our thanks and gratitude to 6/7 staff involved. They are a credit to the NHS. Mums appointment was 10.30am 30th Nov. Also it was lovely that the return driver for hospital transport was a most polite pleasant young man, he deserves a mention too. Please make sure these people know they have been acknowledged. I can't remember names. Thank you.
